Aloo Gobi is my go to Indian food now. Not an original name. Aloo means potato and gobi means cauliflower. My go-to used to be the tandoori chicken.
Also, I was watching "A Touch of Frost" and in the last episode, I think, Frost brought aloo gobi for dinner one night!

Seriously, even now Nisa is sitting in that chair.

Now it is on 4 slats. I think it will be more comfortable again when we get an actual box spring. Or more slats.
